There Is no similarity between the creation of Pakistan and Israel

                     There Is no similarity between the creation of Pakistan and Israel 

  Many people on social media use to express their view that Pakistan and Israel was created on the same basis and by the same Colonial power i.e British. And the similarity is that the creation of both the nation was on the basis of religion means in the case of Pakistan it is Islam and in the case of Israel its Judiasm. 

But i always object to this and my objection is on the basis of facts that yes Pakistan was created on the idea of  a homeland for muslims but with no prior demographic change by the colonial power and with the consent of all local stake holders i.e Hindus and Sikhs. But in the case of Israel all it happened was the demographic change with the help of colonial power i.e British and without the local consent. 

Thus under these facts we can easily say that under the rules and procedures on which Pakistan  was created was not followed in the case of creation of Israel. So there is no similarity.

    Rubbish! Between 10-20m people were displaced as a result of the creation of Pakistan. 4.7m Hindus from West Pakistan. A million people died as a result of the partition.
